Initial Assessment & Membership Retainer
To begin care, all new clients complete a comprehensive Initial Assessment, which includes a full psychiatric evaluation, integrative health review, and personalized care planning.
The cost of this appointment is $500 and serves as your membership retainer.
This fee secures your place within the practice and grants access to the membership tier you choose. It also ensures that each client receives the time, depth, and individualized attention that functional and integrative psychiatry requires.
Because this is a concierge-level service, we intentionally limit the number of clients enrolled in each tier. This allows for highly personalized care, responsive communication, and the ability to truly understand and support each individual over time.
Membership spaces are limited and may waitlist at times. Enrollment is offered on a first-come basis, and your retainer confirms your spot.
